By accessing the fd33 platform or using any of its services, you are automatically considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

This document forms a legally binding agreement between fd33 and its users. It covers all guidelines relating to account management, financial transactions, bonus use, betting rules, and general use of the platform.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts in the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same device, or multiple accounts created using the same payment method are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Information

When creating an account you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Registering with false information may result in the account being cancelled and any accumulated balance being forfeited.

2.3 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. If any unauthorised access occurs, notify fd33 immediately.

• Use a strong password of at least eight characters.
• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Always log out when using a public device.
• Changing your password regularly is recommended.

All fd33 services are available to users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by anyone under that age is strictly prohibited.

fd33 may request documents for age verification at any time. If you are asked to present a national identity card, passport, or any other government-issued document, cooperation is mandatory.

Providing false information about your age will result in the account being closed immediately and all balances being cancelled.

4.1 Deposit Methods

The payment methods currently supported on fd33 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Processing times may vary in some cases due to the verification process or banking arrangements.

4.4 Information Verification

The payment account details provided at the time of withdrawal must match the name on the registered account. Transactions in the name of a third party are not permitted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fd33 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the bonus and deposit.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Important Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be used once only.
• Bonuses can only be used on games designated by fd33.
• Transferring a bonus from one account to another is strictly prohibited.
• fd33 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant account will be reviewed.

6.1 General Betting Policy

All betting activity on fd33 is conducted on the basis of fairness. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless fd33 determines that a technical error warrants a review.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The types of markets and applicable rules are described in the relevant sections. fd33 reserves the right to make the final decision on the outcome of any event.

6.3 Casino Games

The rules applicable to live casino and slot games are displayed in the respective game interface. It is the user's responsibility to follow the gameplay rules of each individual game.

6.4 Technical Errors

If an abnormal result occurs due to a software or server error, fd33 reserves the right to void that bet. In such cases the staked amount will be returned to the user's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fd33 platform:

• Any attempt to influence outcomes through fraud, manipulation, or dishonest means.
• Strategic account management for the purpose of meeting bonus conditions.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Conducting transactions in the name of or on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to fd33's systems, servers, or network.
• Collecting or misusing another user's personal information.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

8.1 Suspension by fd33

fd33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• Failure to provide verification information.
• Where required to comply with applicable legal obligations.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw all valid balances before closing the account.
